RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the received date. All returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please email info@satrangiusa.com within 7 days of the received date with the order # and reason for return. Post receiving your item, we will reach out to confirm Your return request and provide you an address for return. After receiving your item and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM STITCHED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

For damaged or defective products please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Returns for store credit will be processed with no charge while a refund to your original payment method will incur a processing fee of 10% of your total purchase price to be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. You as a customer are liable for all return shipping costs that may incur in the return of the package to us. A refund will only be issued once we receive the item for return. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a “Free Shipping Promotion” was applied to your order standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION. If your return is not approved, we reserve the right to deny your return. It is your responsibility that the return package reaches us. hence we ask that you provide tracking information for all returns so both sides may keep track of the return.
